If you have mobility concerns or limitations, do not book. Our tours involve walking on historic sidewalks, uneven pavement, curbs, and occasional stairs. Moderate physical fitness is required. Not all venues are accessible. Accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
Pubs N’ Grubs Tours Galveston is a solo-operated tour business offering pub and grub experiences in Galveston, Texas, operating as a DBA. These policies govern all bookings made through FareHarbor or directly with Pubs N’ Grubs Tours Galveston.
By booking, you agree to these Company Policies, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safety & Vibe Policy, and FAQs.
1. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
- All Sales Final: All bookings, including tickets and private tours, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reschedulable, regardless of reason (including cancellations, illness, emergencies, weather, or changes in plans).
- No Credits or Rescheduling: We do not issue credit, vouchers, or reschedule tours. Confirm your availability before booking.
- Booking Accuracy: Guests are responsible for verifying booking details at the time of purchase. For booking errors, contact PUBCRAWLTOURS@gmail.com immediately.
2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Prompt Start: Tours begin on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in.
- Late Policy: Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry at the operator’s discretion. No refunds or reschedules will be issued.
- No-Shows: No-shows are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Weather Policy
- Rain or Shine: Tours operate in all typical Galveston weather — rain, heat, wind, etc.
- No Refunds for Weather: Refunds will not be provided for weather-related discomfort or cancellations by guests.
- Severe Weather: In rare cases of dangerous conditions (e.g., hurricanes), the operator may cancel a tour. A reschedule may be offered at the operator’s sole discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
- Be Prepared: Dress accordingly. Bring water, umbrellas, hats, or coats based on forecast.
4. ID & Age Requirements
- 21+ Tours: Most tours are 21 and up. Valid government-issued ID is required to participate in any alcohol-related portion of the tour.
- Underage or No ID: Guests without valid ID, or under 21, cannot participate in drinking-related activities and will not receive any refund.
- Verification Rights: The operator may deny service to any individual without valid ID at any point.
5. Tour Accessibility
- Physical Demands: Walking tours cover roughly 0.5–1 mile, often over uneven surfaces, curbs, steps, and sidewalks with variable terrain.
- Mobility Limitations: Guests who require mobility assistance or guaranteed ADA access should not book.
- No Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for accessibility-related concerns after booking.
6. Dietary Needs & Allergies
- No Dietary Guarantees: Tour stops are third-party businesses and may not offer gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or allergen-free options.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for inquiring about ingredients directly with venue staff during the tour.
- Participation at Your Own Risk: Pubs N’ Grubs assumes no liability for allergic reactions or dietary issues.
7. Behavior & Conduct
- Vibe Expectations: We maintain a laid-back, fun, and respectful atmosphere, as outlined in our Safety & Vibe Policy.
- Disruptive Behavior: The operator may remove disruptive or intoxicated guests at any time. No refunds will be given.
- Venue Conduct: All guests must comply with the rules and policies of the businesses we visit.
8. Private Tours & Group Bookings
- Non-Refundable: All group and private bookings are final. No refunds, no reschedules.
- Customization Requests: Must be submitted at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.
- Group Size Limits: The current maximum group size is 30 guests, but may be adjusted down to 25 or fewer based on venue rules, fire code, or public health restrictions.
9. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- Participation Risks: You voluntarily accept all risks of walking tours, public environments, and alcohol consumption. This includes risk of injury, illness, or property loss.
- Third-Party Venues: Venues are independently operated. Pubs N’ Grubs is not responsible for their actions, policies, or conditions.
- Photography & Video: Participation constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed in public spaces. These materials may be used by Pubs N’ Grubs for marketing without additional permission or compensation.
- No Insurance Coverage: Pubs N’ Grubs Tours Galveston does not carry liability insurance. All guests participate at their own risk. You are encouraged to maintain your own insurance coverage.
