Safety & Vibe Policy

1. Adults Only (21+)

All tours are strictly 21+. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required. Guests without valid ID will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.

2. Personal Responsibility & Public Spaces

Tours take place in public areas, including sidewalks, streets, and active venues. You are responsible for your own safety, awareness, and personal belongings at all times. Pubs N’ Grubs Tours Galveston is not responsible for injuries, lost items, theft, or interactions with third parties.

3. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption is optional and at your discretion. Partner venues and guides may refuse service or participation to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves unsafely. Guests removed for intoxication or behavior will not receive a refund.

Open containers are not permitted in public spaces unless allowed by venue rules and local law.

4. Food & Allergies

Food is provided by third-party venues. Menus cannot be modified for dietary restrictions or allergies. Guests with allergies or dietary concerns participate at their own risk and are responsible for confirming ingredients directly with venue staff.

5. Walking & Weather

Tours involve walking over uneven surfaces, curbs, and sidewalks. Tours operate rain or shine. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather conditions. No refunds are issued for weather-related discomfort.

6. Behavior & Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward guides, venues, staff, and other participants. The operator reserves the right to remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior at any time. Removal does not qualify for a refund.

7. Third-Party Venues & Interactions

All venues are independently operated. Pubs N’ Grubs Tours Galveston is not responsible for the actions, policies, or conditions of third-party businesses or members of the public.

8. Emergencies

In the event of a medical or safety emergency, notify your guide immediately. Emergency services will be contacted if necessary. Guests are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

9. Acknowledgment

By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of walking tours, public environments, and alcohol-related activities.
