About Pubs N’ Grubs Galveston

Pubs N’ Grubs is a Galveston-based food and drink tour company offering authentic 3-hour walking experiences in the historic Strand District for adults 21 and over. Founded by Karen (Special-K), we go where the locals go and eat their food and drink their drinks with custom drinks and tour-only curated beverages depending on day, evening, or time of year.

Our signature drinks-forward tours feature 7–9 stops with curated tastings, local stories, and island-time energy—perfect for cruise passengers, couples, friend groups, and solo travelers. Evening tours include whenever possible at least one to two stops with live music.

We also specialize in corporate team-building events and private group tours for 20 to 250 guests, with options for open bar after-parties and cigar pairings. Based in Galveston, Texas, we serve tourists, locals, cruise line passengers, and businesses alike with a focus on safety, vibe, and genuine local hospitality.
